    No, the package is configured as a closed experience and cannot be modified for dates, hotels, or flights.
  • What happens if I want to cancel or modify my reservation?
    When booking on our website, a deposit will be charged as part of the total amount. In the event of cancellation, this deposit is non-refundable. Depending on the hotel conditions selected at the time of booking, additional cancellation fees may apply.
  • Can I pay for the package in installments or over time?
    Yes. Upon booking, you only need to pay a deposit. The remaining amount will be paid directly to the hotel upon check-in.
  • How will I receive confirmation of my reservation?
    You'll receive confirmation of your package (flights and hotel) directly to your email once you complete your booking.

    In some cases, if the airline requires it, you will also receive an additional email with additional information.
  • What documents do I need to travel?
    It will depend on the destination and your nationality. In general, you may need an ID, passport, and/or visa. We recommend checking the specific requirements before traveling.
  • What happens if the flight is delayed or cancelled?
    In your booking confirmation, you'll find a direct contact person you can contact in case of any issues related to your flight.
  • Can I add extra services (transfers, excursions, insurance)?
    Yes, during the booking process, you can add all the available extra services the hotel offers, such as transfers, activities, amenities, and more.
  • Can I book for multiple people in one transaction?
    Yes, you can book the package for as many people as you're traveling and staying with during the same experience. Please note that in the airline industry, the maximum number of people in a transaction is 9.
  • What happens if I don't receive a confirmation or there's an error in my reservation?
