In addition to the protocols already implemented by our Safe Guest Program, now at Park Royal Hotels & Resorts, we have a powerful tool that will improve our guests' experience on their next visit.
We are talking about our mobile app, which is available for both operating systems in the App Store ® and Play Store ®.
At first, the health authorities worldwide suggested reducing the use of objects and print materials that could be a source of infection, such as menus, maps, pamphlets, etc. This is how QR codes, came to replace some objects and so, stop the so-called “chain of infections”.
However, during this digitization process, at Park Royal Hotels & Resorts, we have chosen to take our digital capabilities further, using our mobile app as a tool that, in addition to offering security to our guests, is capable of concentrating more relevant information to their stay.
Our mobile app allows our guests to get to know all our entertainment programs designed for the whole family members, and even the gastronomic offer within our restaurants and bars.
In addition to this, with our mobile app, guests can report any inconvenience in their room or request an amenity, without the need to touch other devices than their cell phone. Practical, right?
