TheCode.Org is a global organization dedicated to combating child sexual exploitation in the travel and tourism industry. It works with over 300 companies worldwide, providing training, tools, and support to help them implement effective child protection policies. The mission of The Code is to create safe environments for children through awareness and training of tourism professionals, helping them to identify and prevent risky situations.
Park Royal Hotels & Resorts subscribed to this certification in 2020, committing to protecting both the children living in our destinations and those visiting us from different parts of the world. Since then, up until 2024, we have continually worked to maintain the appropriate guidelines for the renewal of this certification, which we successfully received in August 2024.
