Travelers' Choice awards recognize every year establishments passionate about creating a pleasant and satisfactory stay for their visitors. And at Park Royal Hotels & Resorts we can only be grateful to our guests for the result!
An award for a job well done
Eight of our properties have received the Tripadvisor Award for continuity and effort, consolidating the excellent work we do every day in the chain.
Grand Park Royal Cancun repeats for the fifth consecutive year. In addition, our hotels in Puerto Rico, Miami, Buenos Aires, Huatulco, and Puerto Vallarta are not newcomers to this award either.
Park Royal Beach Ixtapa receives this recognition for the first time in 2021. For the teams that manage all these establishments and Park Royal Hotels & Resorts, customer satisfaction is the central stimulus to continue growing.
What is Tripadvisor's Travelers' Choice?
Travelers' Choice Awards result from people’s ratings and opinions on Tripadvisor, the world’s largest travel, hospitality, and gastronomy social network.
Users share their opinions and reviews, while the properties can also register on the platform. The Travelers' Choice Awards recognize the companies that have a high concentration of positive opinions and reviews, becoming part of the top 10% of the establishments and destinations, including restaurants and attractions, among the favorites of the public and tourists.
The merit goes beyond an excellent geographical location for hotels, as good customer service, excellent facilities, and guarantee conditions in booking and payment methods are also considered.
Awards Categories
Tripadvisor has different categories for its annual awards: Attractions, beaches, trendy destinations, emerging destinations, experiences, popular destinations, airlines, hotels, and landmarks.
These Travelers' Choice sections are also distributed to distinguish establishments and destinations since it is not the same to look for a romantic getaway or an all-inclusive destination.
The awards also have a geographic component to make it easier for tourists to find their desired offer.
Park Royal Hotels & Resorts has properties in most of the Americas. To receive an award for Buenos Aires, Miami, and many of our Mexico properties is the validation that we always focus on the customer and that guest satisfaction is our greatest wish. Happy guests are the key performance indicator to strengthen our position as a chain.
A boost to continue growing in 2021 and regain normality
Tourism has been one of the sectors most affected by Covid-19 due to the impossibility of travel and national and international mobility restrictions. Maintaining guest’s preferences is an incentive to keep improving in all our properties. For the entire Park Royal Hotels & Resorts team, this recognition from our guests is the necessary support to continue with our work and try to return to normality in 2021 and 2022, after 2020’s challenges.
